Resolved: Nice set we bought at samclub
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Scams Chinese cheap pieces of crap
So you watch the presentation for hessler worldwide, the knives are very sharp that they use. When you get scammed into buying some, the knives go dull very quickly. What they should do is they should give you a sharpening device, buy a better quality knife buy a Costco brand or a Sam's brand don't buy these pieces of junk they are junk

one is from the dollar tree. The other from purchased from Sams club.

Knives no good very dull
I bought 2 sets as gift . The people were very disappointed these knives are very dull.I also got a set for Xmas they are not the same knives they advertise in Sam Club

Pissed off customer
We purchased the full and most expensive set from Sam's club and many and most of them are rusting! They are supposed to be stainless steel, true stainless steel does not rust! Huge waist of alot of money

Not as sharp as advertised
I paid a lot of money for these knives. I am not impressed.
The salesman showed me it would cut the skin off a tomato. Lol. Not happening.
I can barely cut bread. I got screwed.
Almost a as seen on tv. I was impressed with the sales pitch. So I bought a set.
The set I bought was really dull. I should have tried to cut a his tomato with the set I bought to save other customers.

Disappointed with Knives
Bought my knives from Sam's club. I will say my knives worked perfectly for the first few uses.
But after about 7/8 months, the knives became dual and rusty and doesn't seem to take a sharpening with a sharpening tool. Very Disappointed!!!!

I went yesterday to Sams Club in Lubbock Texas there was a man there demonstrating the knives with a stainless steel very nice he said we can get that for free just for watching I continue to hear him throughout the whole thing and he even mentioned how a female got sick because they were using those knives that have that black in that break and have bacteria in it well I was very happy with his presentation and everything of the knives he also gave us free knives which he says do not open them until you leave the store whatever while I listened I also bought a set of your knives when I got home the paring knife has that black end it is not a solid stainless steel so I was very unhappy with that lie

Great for a few months
Purchased these at a BJs Wholesale club in Mass. They were okay for a few months, then they became dull and tarnished.
Went to BJs, was told to return to company.
Of course by then, didnt have the receipt, so the company wont replace the dull knives, or the bread knife with the broken tip. Stay away from this junk....

HORRIBLE PRODUCT
these Knifes are the worst i have ever had,they rust there dull,we have done everything the Sales Men said to take care of them and it DID NOT WORK,HOW can i get my Money Back or get them REPLACED,this is Horrible how you con some one,DO EXPECT A RESPONCE PLEASE, MIChael 772 201 **** thank you

Bought gourmet series at Sams Club a few years sho. I just opened box and wanted to use knives.
None of these knives cut and was not like the demonstration that I saw.

i just wish a butcher block would have came with these sharp knives that will be loose in drawer. Thank you
