You have to do better with these rusting knives
Seriously, you all have been around too long to sell products such as these knives. There are companies around that sell worst product (knives not being sharp) but their knives don't rust.
Great sales pitch, great product, and a whole lot of good rust.
I'm surprise SAMS keep you guys around. Maybe we are complaining to the wrong company. Maybe we need to switch gears and let the host company know about your products and have them look for something that is more apt to customer satisfaction.
This is all I have to say.
Customers should always have great product because customers are paying with their gooood,hard working money. The poor soul that just wrote how great your knives were will probably be re- posting in about ninety days to explain that their knives have became a disappointment.
Preferred solution: Send me correct address for replacement. PO box 6666 Chesterfield Mo. 63006 doesn't work
I love my Hessler knives. 2 years and no rust whatsoever
Bad quality
The salesman sold me saying these last a lifetime.. I have cheaper knives that have lasted longer than these..
one year ago I got these and now all very rusty.. wtf.

Take them back to Sams. You bought through their system you take back through their system.
If you still have the receipt you will probably get your money back depending how long ago you bought them. Or you will get store credit.
